"Controller not connecting"??

i have a switch lite and this is the first time ive seen this notification when starting up the game... i had to press l and r at the same time and everything was peachy after that...

Sometimes, my left joystick suddenly stops working for my switch, and I have to take off both of the joycons and put it back in my switch in order for it to work again.

My a button doesnt always work ethier especially when i turn it on at first and it asks me to press the same button three times..
