From what I understand:
Hacked: Cannot exist in game without hacking device such as Wondertomb.
Legal: Can naturally exist in game, but either generated using hacks or cannot confirm legitimacy due to being received from trade.
Legit: Naturally generated in game without altering anything in game.

The person who traded me this Meloetta did confirm to me that he went to the event himself and RNGed it himself, that is why I consider it legit Just cloned
