Oddly I can't find any youtube videos on the few spooky items they added with an update a year or two ago, after the first Halloween.

Was is just the spooky tree, cookies, treats basket, and trick lamp?

Just remember. You can get all the Spooky DIYS during the Halloween Event when you talk to the villagers after giving them Candy. You can also go to a friends island and if they have the Halloween event on their island it will also work over there.
