tl;dr, no i makes no difference whether it's a muslim or any other religion, it's just offensive to those who lost something during the attack to make it into a place dedicated to those who were the attackers.
but as I said, it isn't dedicated to the attackers, or their religion, and is open for any and all.
therefore, it's just making a dedicated prayer spot in remembrance of those who died, instead of a sanctuary for those who killed.

Now, this leads to another argument, some people say that *insert a country* is a
*insert religion* country (which really doesn't make any sense, because most countries have more than one religion). They think the other religions are "intruder" religions, and that if someone from that religion is something (as in, a terrorist), then they dislike the rest of that religion. The same thing could be said with the other religion. Now, here's the catch, they only use the bad people as examples, not the good ones. That, is what I really hate about some people.
