Club Nintendo-Redeeming Games Question

In the rewards catalog where it says,"Use your Coins to get these great downloadable games for a limited-time only. Be sure to check back frequently to see new surprise games!",by limited time,does that mean it is only on sale for a limited time,or you can only play the game for a limited amount of time?

The game is only there for a limited time to get as a prize. Once you got the game downloaded you can play it for all eternity.

I think that user is referring to Playstation Plus in which users are given free games but only as long as you have a Playstation Plus membership. Otherwise you lose those free games.

Which you don't even really lose, you just lose access to them until you redo your membership, so you're not totally out of luck on that either. They don't invade your system and delete it.
