Character customization! More mouths?

One of the best parts of me horizons that I have seen so far is the ability to have more customized characters. In past games most people had very similar images and there was not much you could do to express your characters personality aside from changing clothes. Now we have different noses, eyes, permanent skin colors, and even new mouths!!!

So far I have noticed 3 different kinds, pictured below. A normal smile, smaller smile, and in the new Mexico event... A :3 face. Just look at that mouth!!!

What type of mouths do you hope get added in? are there any other features you would like added for customization? Personally I'd love a height option or maybe freckles!

The character with purple hair in the first picture has a smaller mouth than the one in the braided pigtail wig.
The character in the second picture does not have the generic smile, the middle of his mouth goes up then back down like a cat face :3

I hope they gonna add a :S and :/ face, maybe also a sad one just for those who don't want to walk around with a all time happy face. So far, I guess I would choose the smaller smile for my character.

Unfortunately I haven't really seen any new hairstyles.

Just the same hideous styles that look like someone cut your hair with a bowl on your head.

I really hope there are new ones, but if we haven't seen any so far, then I doubt there will be.

We need a change, it's not 2005 anymore.

im looking forward to having the new smiles, my friend is gonna love the cat face one but i would probably just go with a normal simple smile haha, im hoping when its released there are even more face customisation options to choose from

There are new hairstyles. The purple haired girl in the first image has one of them, the girl character from the Mexican event also has a new hairstyle. I'm sure there will be new ones for boy villagers too, and the overall look of the hair will be less boxy. (More polygons to the rescue!)

My hope is we'll be able to choose any hairstyle, and not be limited by our character's gender. Being able to customize front and back would be nice, too.

I didn't see any major changes in hairstyles, as in longer hair for females or males.

I'll probably go with the smaller mouth and the triangle nose. IDK why, they just look the best to me. I'll see if I change my mind or not when the game comes out.

If there are any hairstyles in form of longer hair for both male and female then I guess they will be shown in upcoming news. So far, it's at least nice to see here and there a few new hairstyles as a sign that there new options available in this game.

Not sure how I feel about the cat mouth. Gotta see what other options they'll have but from what I've seen so far I'm most likely going for a classic triangle nose and smaller mouth. The square nose is kinda growing on me though! I might even make any secondary islanders have alternate noses just because. The two pink (purple?) hair colours on the two girls are quite similar though. Not sure if it's confirmed... but does this mean colour slider?! I'm super excited.

Hey I think the cat-like one is kinda cute! I'll have to see what the options will be, but I like the ones in the picture already I hope we get to switch around our style when we feel like it, just like you can in Pocket Camp?

If between those three mouths, the smallest one. The freckles idea is great! I don't have any, but I'm sure they would be a greatly appreciated option.

The braided hair in the first picture looks longer than any hairstyle I've seen in the previous games. But yeah, as more news comes out, maybe something longer will show up. I'm a little hesitant to believe it will get too much longer than that though. But maybe that's only because I'm so used to having only short hair to choose from.
