can't check island evaluation?

i've upgraded my resident services building, built the campsite, bought the first visitor a housing plot, invited another villager from mystery islands, and have been planting loads of flowers and placing diy decorations over the last few days, but isabelle still doesn't give me the option to check my island rating. is this a bug or do i need to do something else first?

Does this mean you laid out a space for your camper, or are they inside the house unpacking. Nook/Isabelle only unlock the evaluation when the camper is physically in their house I think

i laid out a space but they'll move in tomorrow. that's the only other thing i could think of thank you!
