Canada, eh?

To the Canadians here: What's it like? I mean, the weather and stuff? My boyfriend and I have thought about moving to Canada to get married and stay there, and it works for him since he loves the cold, but I don't think I could live in a place that's cold all year round. Does it get warm in the summer? If so, how warm? And do you get all four seasons (I mean, snow in the winter, flowers in the spring, full trees in the summer, and colored leaves in the fall)? It sounds like an awesome place to live, but I don't think I could live there if it's frozen all year round...
It depends on where you want to move in Canada. I'm here in Ontario, and the weather here is very forgiving. Like, in summer, it can get to 23 to 30 degrees Celsius and winter is varied over here in Ontario. Like, this year, we barely got snow, but last year, it was snowing like there was no tomorrow. Also, the temperature can range from 0 degrees to -13 degrees Celsius.

Hm... That doesn't sound bad... What's Ontario like? Is it a really big city with building everywhere, or is it pretty nice and open?

Well it depends. Like in Toronto, there's lots of buildings and it's very busy, but then you could also move to somewhere up north away from everything with a lake, tons of animals and trees everywhere, it's beautiful in the fall (near Sudbury) and then there's always the inbetweens like Oakville. And yes, the trees do change color in the fall.

I have always wanted actually to visit Canada to say the truth. Honestly Because it be my first time out of the usa and all of the pictures and sights it just seems like interesting country if you know what you want to do there.

@tye it depends in what area.
I prefer BC [[sounds biased i know]]
But here [[Vancouver]] you got the beach really close and mountains close too. And it has a really pretty view, like you can always see the moutains from where you are, even on the island. If you prefer plains try the middle provinces, Toronto looks alot like Vancouver cept the view.
Calgary is a pretty awesome city too.
New Brunswick, Newfoundland, P.E.I, & Nova Scotia are a more quiet.

Actually, around Fredericton, NB right now, there is a guy with a huge beard wearing skirts and bras and all that girly clothing. Scary.

But another reason Vancouver is cool, is because you can go surfing and surfboarding the same day. ;P

And the gay parade is fun.xD
Even though I'm straight I've been there.
