By looking all the trees, I think you didn't get enough types of fruits. You can do that by going to the island and do the tours. Pick the one where you are free to get your other fruits. The basket (near the entrance) is where your other fruits are from the tour. You should also get banana and coconuts from the place too.
Even though you got your dreamies which their plot location's is okay, you didn't finish your pathways. Maybe your second and third resident can get more pathways.
You should get two more bridges. It doesn't matter if it is the same type or not.
If you somehow got the Brewster and Police, pick their location wisely.
Overall, I think you have to finish your pathways first. Some of your PWPs were scattered everywhere that I don't know if their locations is good or bad. You might have to demolish them. Once you are done with the pathways, you can pick the PWPs you think that have the best location in your town. Also make more trees and bushes too. Sorry if I'm rude about the PWPs problem...
