can you relocate trees after they've grown to areas that won't grow them normally?

Question in the title. I just stripped my whole island of everything and am starting from scratch, but the trees are giving me some issues with placement lol.

Ugh dang it! That sucks lol. Oh well. Thank you!!! Mine haven't grown big enough for me to be able to test it out myself.

I'm not sure. You could get a Nook Miles Ticket, visit an island, take the fully grown tree back with you and place it where you intended to put it. I feel like you can do this, but I'm just going off of memory.

I wish... I tried to place some bamboo and bushes on the beach, but NOPE.

I mean, I can kinda see the bamboo, but why can't I have hibiscus bushes on my beach?

I'm not sure what you mean exactly. Only palm trees can be planted on the beach, and nothing else. However for land, you can plant everything (bamboo, cedar, hardwood, bushes) and even palm trees can be planted here if you put the sand path underneath! You can also plant bamboo trees and bushes on the sand path.

You can’t plant trees too close to each other or close to a cliff or something, but if it’s in a place they can grow but they won’t grow because there are too many in the area, you can grow those trees elsewhere and transport them to the place where the game didn’t let you grow them.

I'm glad that's confirmed. That's what I was thinking, because there were trees that weren't growing, and when I relocated them, they grew, and I put them back to where they weren't growing before.

Ikr! I wish we could put flowering bushes down on the beach too... Especially since they look so vibrant and pretty in NH.

I've found a way to compromise by just using the hedge fencing in single spots to look like bushes! Haha Not perfect, but they look good!
