Can you kick out Sanrio characters?

I know, it's probably a stupid question, but I know that they will never ask to move out. So...does that mean I can't kick them out using amiibo?

I just want their picture, not to have them stuck with me forever

Amiibo villagers do ask to move out.
I should know, all but 3 of my villagers are amiibo move ins aha

But you can move them out with amiibo villagers just fine

Theyre not stuck forever so dont worry

You can still kick them out with another amiibo and over time I am sure they will have that thought bubble and ask to move. I remember in NL that it was more rare for a scanned amiibo to ask to move until you filled your entire town in almost all amiibos. So it could be possible that carried over to this game because the few I scanned in haven't asked that I am aware of.

Even without amiibo Sanrio villagers do ask to move on their own. Etoile has asked a few times but I always say no because she's here forever.

I've used amiibo and kicked out two Sanrio villagers already after getting their photos, they're definitely not stuck anywhere, they're behaving like any other villagers, other than not being able to be invited by other players when they're moving.
