Can I get my Stitches back somehow?

After spending over a month working on the Gold Fishing/Bugging/Diving badges, I got the notice that it was the month of nonstop was gonna end and it was gonna get sunny. I thought I'd be clever and TT a week ahead to get Phineas out of hiding.

Which worked as I got my 3 badges except it forced Stitches, my BFF, into boxes. I got my Second Town mayor to move him into my second town. Is there anyway I could I can him to move back into my main town?

You just need to cycle out 16 villagers(Get 16 other villagers and get them to move) and once you have 16 out, you can get Stitches back c:

^Basically yeah, but in the future if you are going to TT in a big jump like that make sure you get a move out ping on the day you are on before the jump. That way no one will move on you.
