I’ve had her for about a year, and I found her really obnoxious and creepy. Her head looks like a meatball and is so big compared to her tiny body, and she never stops smiling. Her eyeballs are stuck looking at the upper right corner. I had a lot of fun bullying the crap out of her by pitfalling her, denying all her requests, opening her time capsules, etc. Her frowning face is absolutely priceless!

I love Cally, her big red cheeks are soo adorable!! I'm not a huge normal fan, but I did have Cally once and she was such a cutie, and sweetie. Her poster, and starting outfit are also very cute ♡

I agree, she definitely needs more love

I know this thread is a couple years old but am going to post anyways lol. I like her a lot. I think she’s really cute . There are other squirrels I like a lot more, but I definitely consider her to be one of the cuter squirrels. I have seen her mentioned from time to time, though not in discussion threads (haven’t found a lot that I could contribute to). I guess she is underrated, but whether a villager is underrated or “overrated”is honestly not something that I actively think about since I like who I like regardless if others like them or not. Doesn’t bug me if I don’t hear about villagers that I like a lot. What does bother me a bit is the overrated concept since everyone has different tastes and it’s not a villager’s fault (like Raymond) that everyone seems to like him a lot and want to talk about him. And nothing wrong with people wanting to talk about who they like.

I've never had her as a villager before, but I've known about her for awhile. I don't care much for the squirrel species but I've always liked Cally, I totally would mind if she showed up in my town : D

But in New Leaf I have her in my town!

I think there are so many squirrels that are better, but she is decent. I prefer Caroline (purely for her island aesthetic) and Marshal.

I don't have her and she isn't my favorite, but I do think she's really cute! c: She's the sort of villager I'd be happy to get as a random move-in or something, even if I wouldn't plan on keeping her permanently. Although I did have her on the list of permanent residents I'd have on a hypothetical squirrel-only island. Having both Cally and Sally on the same island was too cute a concept—I like to imagine them as sisters.

I had Cally in NL for a while and I liked her. The only 'problem' I had with her was Avery kept mimicking her catchphrase ("Whee!") which was ridiculous coming from him and eventually started dressing like her. I decided they were getting way too close for my liking (and Avery was MY husband, damnit!) and she was changing his personality haha, so I had to let her go.
