I've been dogpiled on TBTF many times. It's not a fun experience I tell you.
Using the word "problematic" instantly invalidates anything someone says because that's part of the tumblr mob culture that goes after people for the tiniest thing e.g. using the wrong pronouns by accident or not being "educated" on the new genders that are popping up every 10 seconds or for wearing henna/saris given to them by indian host families
Tumblr is disgusting when it comes to social justice because there is no actual JUSTICE. It's all a bunch of angry 15 year olds edgelords that tell people to kill themselves when someone uses a "she" pronoun by accident. They're the people that dox those that do what they consider "wrong" and go so far as to dox their FAMILY MEMBERS and call their WORK PLACE to get them fired. They're also the people that are supporting people like Alison Rapp.
Honestly just vile. Calling someone out for doing something wrong like theft or hit and run or rape or pedophilia is different. Callout culture is what I posted about above. Callout culture is disgusting and if you're doing it, you're part of the problem.
TBT has a pretty high proportion of Tumblr users, it's no surprise some of its toxic bullying "culture" leaks onto this site.

What's dogpiled? xD
hes been ganged-up on
Ohh, ok, thanks.
I've had some bad experiences here, but I've never been insulted by large groups of people. There's just a couple certain people on here that try and get at me for everything.
tbh the only bad experiences ive had here is ppl calling me "stupid/assenine" for saying that legend of zelda should die off already, and being called a "furry" for liking the palicos from mh4u :/
Lmaoo really xD
People have taken the piss out of me by saying I'm a weeaboo, I create loads of alt accounts and talk with them and that I pretend to be pollo-vegetarian for attention. There's also another that I want to be bisexual so I can be "cool and ~edgy~".
lmfao
and that I pretend to be pollo-vegetarian for attention
I'm calling you out for still thinking pollo-vegetarian is a thing
"if they're attracted to a certain group of people" it's absolutely necessary to call this out when a cis person claims they're only attracted to other cis people/refuses to date trans people or if a white person says they only find white people attractive. its not a question of preference, its a question of transphobic and racist ideals altering a person's perspective on what is and isn't attractive and who is and isn't worthy of love. I have no idea what "going by a name they shouldn't" means tbh
calling someone out in the form of explaining why what the said was wrong/harmful is absolutely needed, sending suicide threats and constantly harassing someone isn't.
That's literally taking consent away from the cis people, simply because they happen to have sexual preferences. Something every person on the planet has."if they're attracted to a certain group of people" it's absolutely necessary to call this out when a cis person claims they're only attracted to other cis people/refuses to date trans people or if a white person says they only find white people attractive. its not a question of preference, its a question of transphobic and racist ideals altering a person's perspective on what is and isn't attractive and who is and isn't worthy of love.
I literally just said that harassing someone is incorrect and that I only support calling out in the form of correcting someone and having a calm conversation about why you disagree with what they saidSo you support bully culture ok

Apart from that, it means you judge all devout Christians, Muslims, Jews, etc. for not accepting relationships that go outside their religious regulations.

We know damn well that's not the same thing.Apart from that, it means you judge all devout Christians, Muslims, Jews, etc. for not accepting relationships that go outside their religious regulations.
*snorts loudly*a trans.
My main problem with "I'm not attracted to trans people" is it's assuming trans people have a certain look. If someone's post-op and on HRT how would you know if you're dating a trans person? If you suddenly aren't attracted to them when they tell you they were born differently than they appear now then that's pretty nasty.
We know damn well that's not the same thing.
Only dating someone who's a part of your religion is different than not dating an entire race. It's similar to the issue above: Saying "I don't think asian men are attractive" is claiming all Asian men have the same shape, same colour, and same size and is bottom line, racist. Someone from Thailand doesn't look like someone from Korea, or someone from Cambodia or India or China or Malaysia. Dating people within your religion is not looking down on people for a stereotypical look they have.
