I'm curious...What do you use to make these Pok?mon? I really want to get into hacking because breeding is rather tedious at times and I want to be able to do it with a quicker method, the only reason why I really breed is for shiny pokemon and I will only ever want to breed for that purpose, so an alternative would be appreciated.

PKHeX is a popular one, but it's inferior now. I can't give you much information about it due to the rules here, but I use a CIA-based tool called PKSM, which is basically a Homebrew alternative to PKHeX, so you can edit, clone, generate, etc. without having to mess with stuff on your SD card.
