Bow hair wig

Hello, I'm completely new to using this and it took me ages to find he 'post' button so...
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has seen or knows how to get the Bow hair wig... I don't know much about it but it just looks sooo cute! Can anyone help me with more information?
