How gruesome is it?
I don't know all the details, but my bro, who just graduated, just got his pilot's license as well. He said, that compared to the driving test, the pilots test was horrible, then, after that, just like with the driving test you have to take a test "fly" with another veteran pilot next to you, and you have to do some flying maneuvers and stuff, the thing is though, it has to be PERFECT(or pretty darn close), otherwise you fail.

I dunno if I want a pilot's license, I'll have to conquer my fear of heights first >_<

Actually my dad says a lot of people become Pilots to get over that fear of heights. It's because when they are a pilot they have complete control over what happens, so they don't have to worry about crashing as long as they have confidence in themselves.

I thought about becoming a Pilot, but I decided that I'd rather have much more fun doing something else.

Oh and not all Pilots have to fly on their plane. There's a large increase in the number of "Remote Controlled Pilots" who fly for special Military missions that send unmanned air craft to different bases and into enemy territories.

Yeah, I might be designing some of those unmanned air craft, I hope to get into VT and major in aerospace engineering, and ultimately design air craft for the air force.

I've taken a simulation of it online, and passed. ( On my 5th try. :P ) It's not really that bad, you just have to listen in ground school. I get to go to my local airfield and fly for free. It's pretty sweet. I think I'll have my sport pilot license before my driver's license. :P
