Your Wi-Fi pool is just your pool of voided villagers that's retained in the system memory. I don't know what the exact stretch of time is to be "safe" after voiding someone, but there's a good chance that a plot for your most recently voided villager will appear in the town of someone you visit if it happened very recently. I've had this happen a few times, and while it isn't a HUGE deal it does slow me down a bit (and I already have to cycle pretty slowly due to being busy) as well as the fact that one of my cycling towns is one that I'm trying to eventually have as one of my "real" towns and unwanted move-ins aren't something I relish dealing with.

Also, bump for Mr. Wolfgang. ^_^
