I was originally considering moving him into one of my "real" towns, but I know that he's relatively sought-after and uncommon so I figure it'd be best to raffle him. He was, yes. I typically notify the winners via PM, as announcing the winners in the thread itself caused some jealousy/nastiness in the past. To avoid future confusion, I plan to announce when raffles end and simply omit the name of the winner. I apologize for any confusion and wish you luck in your search for Drago.
