If Tia moves may I adopt her she is my sister dreamie?
Since Tia is tier 1, I'll be holding a raffle for her when she does end up moving to make sure everyone has a fair shot at her. If you'd like, I can either PM or VM you to let you know when she's in boxes so you can be sure to enter the raffle.

Peaches the normal horse is moving! Anyone who wants her is welcome to have her, though please be sure that your Wi-Fi pool is clear. I'm very close to my ideal lineup in Pandora and don't want any unexpected move-ins. 
It did, yes. The winner was notified via PM, as announcing the winners in the thread itself caused some jealousy/nastiness in the past, so I opted to keep it private from that point on.
I wouldn't be AS worried about it for Ferelden/Baabara since I plan to cycle that town permanently. It's just that I have to cycle so slowly anyway due to my schedule that I'm lucky if I'm able to adopt out one villager a day, and unwanted move-ins have a tendency to be voided which slows me down even more. I may make special arrangements via PM if the recently voided villager is someone who I think I can adopt out, so I can definitely let you know when Baabara's moving via PM or VM and we can see if we can work something out at that time.
Also, bump for Peaches the normal horse! She'll be voided tonight if she's not claimed before then.
I don't currently take reservations, but you'd be more than welcome to enter the raffle for her if and when I do get her in one of my cycling towns.
Just saw Tia and it was blue wich means adoptable
Tia will be available for adoption once she's in boxes, but she'll be raffled when that does happen as stated in the original post. All villagers in tier 2 or above are raffled and I also don't take reservations, as I feel this is the most fair way to approach things. I always update the title of my thread to reflect the current mover, and I'll also announce the raffle here in my thread.
