best placement for dream town visitor gifts?

I think my town looks a little cluttery now, I have outfit for boy and girl and some balloons and poppers, etc, which is fun, but all directly around my tree, it's just too much.

Can you share pictures of your town tree or other peoples' town trees that have a pleasing placement of visitor gifts?

Maybe leave the outfits and a balloon by the tree, but scatter the other little items like foods, poppers, etc. around town for people to find as they go?
