POst them here! What's your best club tortimer experience?

I have a few, one time I cam to tbt in the summer of 2013, and I met this really nice and great person, and that's how we're friends to this day, we still talk a lot. How about you guys? HAve you ever met anyone really great on tbt?

i remember seeing a post on tumblr about dressing up using a face qr code and i tried doing it, and i managed to scare a native german speaker before dc'ing

I also remember when I met a couple of my Japanese friends and trying to communicate with them using my American keyboard which is realllly bad because it doesnt have japanese input ugh nintendo, but anyway some of them knew romaji thank god so we had a really fun time chatting and i even added soe of them as friends, but then my 3ds broke and then once it got repaired i lost all of them so it was really sad and i had to find more friends but i kinda had a hard time because no ones really online on club tortimer anymore so yeah oh well, I will cherish all those fun memories i've had with you guys it was soooooo worth it xoxo

My best experience was probably when someone gave me 99k for free.

I also met a guy who gave me 1 mil for free, but after a few minutes of chatting the wifi randomly cut. He could've intended it and trolled me or it could've been random.

I prefer being alone, as the club tortimer island spawns more bugs and fish in my opinion. However, recently I've had a few people join me and one of them put pitfall traps everywhere. It was a bummer. Oh well! I just dug em all up and absconded with them.

I only go there to buy items now due to a bad experience. But I played a few tours with someone once which was really fun.

I've had quite a few great experiences playing tours with people, I also met a really great friend through it who I still see and who introduced me to many other awesome people.

I met one of my friend's from Club Tortimer, she is one the most lovely people I have met tbh so I'm glad I used to waste time on the online island

There is a way to be alone at Club Tortimer. If you get there and the island is empty, talk to Leilani immediately. Choose a tour and don't go on it. No one can enter the island at that point. If there are people there, choose a tour and jump in a seat before anyone else. You'll have to complete the tour, of course, but when you return, the island will be empty. Again, talk to Leilani quickly before someone arrives and choose a tour that you won't go on. When you're finished and ready to leave, cancel the tour and say you want to go home.
