I'm such a dork, I forgot Aku no Hana.

One of the creepiest endings I've ever come across, especially when used in context with the show. The song starts with creepy sounds, which are usually overlayed with something deeply unsettling happening in the show, and then the lyrics start at (around 30 seconds in to the full song), making everything in that moment just a bit more disturbing than it already is. I unfortunately can't find a video of it in context with the show, but you can get the idea from just the first part of the whole song.

So yeah, again, if you're of age, I really recommend Aku no Hana. It's quite a unique show, not only in the story (which is satisfyingly suspenseful and unsettling), but also its animation; it's almost completely rotoscoped. The show's openings are pretty interesting, too. There's only one season at the moment, yet three different openings throughout that each seem to be from the perspective of one of the three main characters.
