Buying Berliner and two pieces of the 7-11 set

Hello! I'm looking to buy the following three items:

24-Hour Shop Counter
Steamed-Bun Case
Berliner

I'm also interested in a Sloppy Chair or Sloppy Sink if anyone has one of those kicking around.

I'm not completely sure what they're going for but I'm willing to pay 250k (or more) a piece for the 7-11 pieces.
