I'd say LazyTown. The Robbie Rotten memes and YTP's essentially ruined the show for me, but I already knew as I got older why it looks so cheesy nowadays.
What is an object from your childhood that you lost, and really want back?
Surprisingly, LEGO City Undercover. I put a good amount of time and effort into the game on my Switch before New Horizons came out, and I've barely touched it since. It's a GTA-esque game for kids, except you're a cop and get to choose from a whole lot of police cars to drive as you progress. If I were fifteen years younger, that would be my favorite game without a doubt. However, my mind's currently hyper-focused on other games at the moment.
“…you talkin’ to me?”
- Robert De Niro, Taxi Driver
I don’t know; I guess every time someone wants to get my attention and I don’t want to get bothered, I get the urge to say this every time. Believe it or not, De Niro actually improvised this line because he legitimately thought the person talking to him was instead talking to someone else, but after realizing that he was the only one in the room, he successfully remained in-character and just went with it.
What’s a hilarious scene from an otherwise serious show that you really like?
Breaking Bad early seasons could be more of a dark comedy at times. I remember Jessie trying to dispose of a body and it completely falls through the floor because he tried to do it with acid in a bathtub.
It depends. I'm not really into the genre per-se, but I do like Star Wars and would like to get into Star Trek: The Next Generation. I also remember watching Galaxy Quest because I was bored, and that was a surprisingly great blend of realism and total fiction. For those that don't know, it's about Star Trek-like actors who are increasingly becoming tired of having to attend conventions, but a real life alien threat out in space forces the actors to use their so-called "scientific facts" from the show to apply in the real world. It's a great watch, and I like Tim Allen in it. When it comes to semi-realistic doomsday sci-fi, however, then I'm not as interested.
What's your favorite segment/episode/video that parodies a show you like?
unfortunately… my grandma has one planned for her, my grandpa, me, my dad, my brother, and our cousins for. July I believe but I don’t know all the details yet. I’m not a fan of vacations. Vacations can go to heck, for all I care.
Might sound gross, but I'm not afraid to admit that I frequently pick the skin around my fingernails with my teeth. I've since stopped chewing my nails and use nail clippers as doing the former is incredibly bad and results in nasty hangnails, but I haven't quite got rid of the finger-skin-picking yet. Don't worry; I frequently wash my hands.
