How do you cope with depression? Or if you have(like myself) or if not, what would you suggest a person(me) to do to make my days brighter? When I hardly have anyone to talk you, what can you do to tell someone(me) that everything's okay?

E-Eeeep~ umm...I don't have depression, but I've been through it..my mother recently passed and it made me feel honestly like I couldn't go on anymore, If it wasn't for the love of my life.. I highly doubt I would be alright. ;w;
To say to someone that is going through depression...I KNOW it feels terrible, horrible, and like you just can't handle it most of the time, you might dislike yourself, which I want you to know if totally wrong, you're more than likely a great person! so I want you to always love yourself, that's the first step to getting rid of depression! ;w; try to talk to your close friends or parents, if you have no one...perhaps a pet might make you feel better? sorry;; I'm really no good with these things, but I wanna help! ;w;
