If you see her spin clockwise then you are using your right brain, if you see her spin counter clockwise then you are using your left brain, However you can concentrate and see both.

I seen that before. I can make it turn any way I want it to turn. It's cool xD

Most people cant switch between sides as you can see. some people can which means they are both. but mostly one side. everyone HAS to use both sides but some people are stronger on one side then the other

EVERYONE can switch between sides of the brain, but unless they can do it at will then it will happen randomly and could only be for a brief moment.

Nobody is stuck to one side of the brain, nor can anybody be both, you can only have control of one side of the brain at a time.

There is no strongest side but generally people are in the left brain more than the right because as I explained before, that's used for more general things.

You can, if you practise. It's pretty simple actually.
