are you more of a giver or receiver?

i wasn't sure whether i'm a giver or receiver. i was leaning more towards receiver. however, after taking a few online quizzes (don't know how accurate they are though oops), it seems like i'm more of a giver, which is surprising. i'd still say i'm more of a giver when it comes to attention/support/emotion, but i'd say i'm more of a receiver when it comes to materialistic items. i'm working on changing those traits though.

I give, a lot, to my friends. I give some to my family, and I like to think I give 50/50 on here. My family would see me as a receiver though, because they're my family, and I'm still practically a kid (imo), so why wouldn't I be the receiver?>>

Giver. I love giving people gifts, watching their reaction is so exciting (assuming it's a good reaction). Picking out gifts is a lot of fun too. Idk I tend to put a lot of effort into giving things to people I care about. And I don't really receive anything other than birthday presents from my mom.

I'm more of a giver when it comes to gifts as the simple reason is I feel excited seeing people's reactions, especially if I went out of my own way to obtain the gift. It's all worth it in the end, making family and friends happy is all that matters to me. Although having said that, I do enjoy receiving gifts too, I mean who doesn't? - just not as much as giving.

As for attention, I like being on my own, alone, so naturally I attract people who don't want to leave me alone.

Giver. I love buying gifts for people and cooking for people and helping those I love to the point where I'm milked dry. The only person who really "gives" to me is my boyfriend and it's hardly any, in all 3 years of our relationship he's bought be flowers twice so I mean, if you can tell from that...
