Phsyically?
I eat super well and work out, I even have an eating schedule
I ain't healthy when it comes to illness though, stomach bugs, problems, etc all year round.

I don't know, I'm at a "healthy" weight but I don't eat particularly healthy and I don't really work out anymore. I have no serious physical problems as far as I know but I do get ill really easy, I pretty much have a permanent cold, and psychologically i'm a complete mess, I don't sleep well at all either. so no, but i guess i could be worse? maybe

judging by what ive been eating since school ended, i wouldnt say my diet is necessarily healthy. but i plan on getting myself together in advance before school starts, wouldnt want to start gym and yoga classes as a limp noodle. during the school year, i am pretty consistent on eating healthy.

Oh gosh no, haha! I'm one of the 10% of asthmatics that have a compromised immune system. I get sick every time I go grocery shopping or... well, pretty much when I go into any group of people. But I got these super awesome flu masks that take flu germs and such out of the air when you breathe in. Those have helped a ton, but definitely hasn't fixed the issue. As for weight... I've been pretty sedentary most of college, so I could definitely do better when it comes to eating healthy and working out. Been working on that all summer though, and it's definitely getting better! :D

i'm ok healthy but not tly.. very healthy. im close to being underweight, don't eat very well (too little sometimes and not super healthy lol) i rarely exercise. and my sleep pattern is messed up, but uh i think my sleep is the thing that works thr best for me health wise tbh

I am in pretty good shape despite a few mental illnesses I have.

Considering my weight, I most likely need to gain some extra pounds.

i don't know, but i doubt it. i wouldn't say i'm seriously unhealthy but i could definitely be better.

i live sedentarily and in the average day for the past two weeks i've moved about as much as a sessile polyp (read: not at all)
i'm at a semi-healthy weight (whatever 17.4 for BMI says), but i eat peanut butter sandwiches like my life ****ing depends on it.
i move at various intervals throughout the day during the school year and cram in about 12,000 steps a day (classes at two different schools located like a block away from each other), but ever since school ended i've been like doing absolutely nothing. for the winter, i manage to have a cold 24/7 for the months of december, january, and february, which then subsides in march. don't know if that dictates anything or not~
no smokers in the house. um... yeah. not much to say other than what has been.

EDIT: nevermind, children have like a way different range of healthy bmi so i'm totally healthy weight-wise <3

No. I have a genetic heart disorder, asthma, allergies, and a mental illness. Such fun. I wind up in the ER around once a year -_-

I normally try to eat healthy, and walk a few miles daily. And hey, now I walk a few more miles a day due to the pokemans. So I'm going to proudly say I'm healthy. But I'm not really in shape either.

i mean im pretty underweight, i have allergies, insomnia, scoliosis, and other physical things i had no control over. but i havent actually gotten sick in years so theres that.

I have an autoimmune disease making me unhealthy (have medicine) but makes me need to have healthy habits!

no, it takes a lot to be healthy and I bet most of the people that think they're healthy aren't actually

average =/= healthy

I guess, I'm not healthy in some ways, but I never really have mcdonalds unless I'm in a rush (I really don't enjoy it).
I do like energy drinks, but other then that I'm good. I walk my dog and sometimes go to the gym with school, I'm not overweight but I'm not the healthiest.
