Not happy yet. Both Islands are a WIP. On the weekend I removed the flower breeding and started working on the back part of Island 1. Island 2 has Island 1 flowers/trees.
Island 1- Moving right side river end down. Island 2- Removing a large rock on a small part of the beach.
I am already working on redesigning my island completely. I am in the process of moving each of the villager houses, my house, and the Museum, so I can completely plow the second and third tier of my island, so I can work with a near empty canvas, and place things where I really want them.
I'm happy with my island, but there are still too many hybrid flowers in a place which I want to get rid of. Problem is: I think some people would be happy with them, but still when I offer them for free no one wants them But I don't like it to just sell them or throw them away and by the time I gave some away it starts raining on my island and they all keep growing back. There's coming no end to it. So maybe.... just sell them to the Nooky's.
I'd change where the river exits are..... and where rs is.... mostly im loving it. especially bc of this new neighborhood thing im doing which makes it feel soooo homey if u will
Yes pretty much happy with the layout. But! One thing I would change is my dock size. It is just too short. (I giggled while typing this but it’s true)
I'm in the middle of a MASS renovation but so far I'm happy with how it's coming out.
While it would be really convenient for my airport and Resident Services to line up, I think I shouldn't have chosen 2 south facing rivers. I know alot of people didn't like the idea even before the game came out, but at that time with the theme I wanted I thought it was cool. Now both my rivers are closed up, one I'm slightly opening but the other I can't seem to make it work in my market area.
I'm pretty happy with my current island setup. If I were to change something, it would probably to be an alternate setup for my villagers neighborhood. I may or may not change that in the future, as it'll just be quite a bit of work.
I am happy with it! Only thing I like to change sometimes is the flower arrangements and whatever villagers are on my island. Just got Genji to move in via the campsite. Super lucky
I'm happy with my island but if I could choose to change something... unlike popular opinion I actually wish my RS was closer to the airport. I don't want a fancy entrance, I just want my RS at the very front out of the way so I don't have to try to work around it and am not limited to what I can do on the right side of my island.
i’m not super happy with my island, currently, but it’s nowhere near being completed so hopefully i’ll become more content as i accomplish more aha. as for what i would change, i guess i’d maybe change my resident services location? it’s not awful but it’s placement being so close to the airport kind of makes trying to design an entrance a lil difficult aha

My dock size, it's so small, I want a longer one that way I could fit more items on it and decorate it better, but now I'm stuck with the little one orz
