Well kinda... I try to balance my diet of course some days I miss a meal, and others I gain one, sadly I have more fast food than I probably should, but then other meals I have something like soup and fruit.... so I really don't know..... I haven't been sick all winter though... so I think I am doing fine, I also have maintained my weight... despite the fact that I kinda want to gain a little... but whatever, now I am off to get a quesadilla, cheese, olives, chicken, tomato, and deliciousness! Probably some raspberry iced tea with that...also delicious....
