Are you a DIY completionist? (poll)

Personally, while I'm not exactly in a rush to collect every single DIY, I have always striven to craft every recipe I get at least once, as well as collect as many recipes as my villagers offer to me, even if I won't actually use them for anything. Seeing the cards turn shiny when I craft them gives me a feeling of satisfaction. It also seems to be one of the game's intended goals for the player to work toward - gotta craft 'em all.

I even got the money flooring recipe and eventually decided I had the 50k bells to burn on it. Finding nothing to do with it, I then sold it to the Nooklings and kissed 25k goodbye. Worth it, I... tried to tell myself. ahaha.

Is this you? How keen are you on collecting the recipes to begin with, let alone crafting all of them? Or would you rather save the materials for only what you need and sell/trade new recipes to someone who would want them?

I remember the first few days of this game coming out that if I saw a DIY sale thread I would always buy DIY's I didn't have, even if I didn't need/plan to use them. Something about getting them is addicting?

I don't craft them unless I plan to use it for some reason, either for decoration or for a Nook Miles achievement. I'm not big on the crafting aspect of this game so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I for sure want to collect all of them. I'm not going to waste resources crafting items I have no use for, but I have an excel spreadsheet checklist of which diys I have obtained, and what ones I'm still missing, so I can keep track of them that way. I think it's fun completing collections like that. I'm the same for the bug and fish lists in this game, I simply have fun working to complete them.

I'm at the point where I am constantly looking for DIYs I am missing in this forum. I don't need to craft them though (not enough storage).

i want to have all of them, I'm missing a little less than 50 now, mostly the seasonal ones and some flower wreaths and crowns
honestly not that interested in crafting them, I mostly just do iron benches, ducks and garden wagons

im not like actively trading to get all the DIYs and I'm more "whenever I get one I get one" and I only craft a few of the ones I do have depending on how I wanna do my decorating

I wasn't collecting much at the beginning, but a some point when my villagers were not giving anything new and was hoarding repeats I began trading...so now there's very few I'm missing I believe (mostly seasonal stuff I'm waiting it rolls in the game naturally and a few things I'm not in a hurry because I don't plan to craft)
