Nnnnn... I've tried watching it but its not my cup of tea (I'm more of a SU person) I'm all for cartoons and people liking whatever they want, but I watched some of it with my little cousin and I'm not really into it. I'm not gonna hate if others are, though.

but................. it does kinda well, it..... gives me goosebumps when I see........... nsfw fanart of the ponies... like..... why.....

^^^ That part of it weirds me out. I understand Rule 34 and all that, but what if a KID looks up pony-related and finds stuff like this...

...Then they'll be grossed out for a bit and move on?

Bronies are so creepy, they skeeve me out. I always associate them with the gross people that like the show.

I used to like the show but the fandom kinda made me turn away from it, honestly.
However, if you like the show, I'm not gonna judge you or think you're creepy.
Everyone is allowed to like what they want :)

i secretly watch it but the old ones creep me out

I like My Little Pony, but not just FiM. I'm a fan of the whole franchise, the old generations and their toys, too. Although I will say FiM is my favorite animation of the franchise, G3 has my favorite toys from the franchise (blasphemy, I know... I like the G1 toys just fine, but they're super expensive and G3s have my heart!).

I am not a Brony/Pegasister. I did come into the franchise the same time that the 'Bronies' did, but for different reasons. I joined a forum that would later become a big Brony forum, and still post there... I didn't fight being called a Pegasister at first (but I really hate the term 'Brony' for many reasons), but eventually I grew really disgusted with the fandom as a whole, but grew to like MLP even more, and found out about the original MLP fandom, and they're much, much better!

So I'm a MLP fan, but NOT a Pegasister/Brony. I guarantee that fandom is just a fad, and when G5 comes around and it's "too girly" for the supposedly gender-norm destroying Brony fandom (emphasis on "supposedly"), it will fade away.

Back in 2011 I was friends with people online who were bronies, and I actually had the channel that MLP comes on and watched an episode because they all liked it so much. I didn't like it very much and never watched an episode again, so no, I'm not a brony.

I identified by the term when the show first came out, but when the term started to become associated with "cloppers" and other strange parts of the fanbase so I stopped calling myself it. The show is pretty good. I haven't watched it since S3 though.

pls entertain us on what a clopper is

most of the fandom are pervs and although its not the shows fault i generally try to steer clear from the entire pony thing

I really enjoy the current TV show, the comics, and some of the old movies, I also have a few toys. However I would never call myself a 'brony'. The term is really dumb. Guys should just be able to enjoy the franchise without feeling that their masculinity is in jeopardy, and there's no excuse for them to make everything about themselves.

the show is ok but nothing special. Bronies really get on my nerves sometimes tho.

No, I hate the term "bronies" and everything associated with it. Its just stupid tbh :/

i used to consider myself one when it first started, though i went with "pegasister" once that was coined. i love the show, but the fandom is terrifying. not because of the porn -- being a furry, im not bothered in the least bit -- but because of how hateful and disgusting a lot of these "bronies" are. and as someone else said, why did they need a label? to make themselves ~feel better~ and ~stand out~? you arent special for being male and liking a show targeted at young girls.

there are tons of great people in the pony fandom, and of course there will always be bad apples as well, but the whole "brony" thing just got so out of hand and hate-filled and gross. ugh.

(i apologize if this post comes across as snippy.)
