Are Thick Glasses Becoming a Thing?

Well it's kind of a trend in real life, so I can see people wanting to bring that into the game. I do wear them in real life, but I don't really like any of the glasses in the game, I think characters are cuter without 'em.

I suppose that would make sense considering I don't pay attention to the mainstream media and the NBA. I've never seen one person wear thick glasses except hipsters. Even then, there aren't many of those around here.

After looking at this thread I had the urge to get some, so I scouted out the Able Sisters for a few days and... yeah. I used to ALWAYS wear the silver frames and never took them off until recently because they just started to look so bland.

i've worn them since they first appeared in my Able Sisters a few days after the release date. they were also in my store the day that i restarted my town, so my mayor is almost always wearing them. sometimes, i have her wear the cucumber pack though. i just use them because i think they're cute~

I'm not a huge fan of them. I prefer the tortoise specs that are sold in GracieGrace.

They're cute, that's why. I'd wear those, but I chose the blue frames over them because the blue frames look like my IRL glasses (they're black outside and blue inside, but whatever).
