Are the "Remarkable Remodeler" Nook Mile stamps bugged/glitched for anyone else?

Both players in my town have completed houses, but our "Remarkable Remodeler" Nook Mile stamps are still stuck at 1/3 stamps. Player 1 has "2/3" above the second stamp space, and Player 2 has "1/3".

Anyone else have this problem?

That one is to track remodels, not upgrades.
Talk to Nook and spend 5k bells to remodel your house.
