I gave out a bad rating to someone, and that person retaliated by not only giving me one back but also trying to stick it to me further with additional comments that were accusations and implications. Reading it more than once, for a full understanding of the person's context, it revealed he/she didn't have a thorough understanding of "Animal Crossing: New Leaf." But it does explain why I don't have a 100-percent Wi-Fi Rating. That person isn't lately active. And, by the way, this didn't have anything to do with trading. It was me playing host to people, including that individual, who were in my original town of Applewin for a visit. (Tour the town. Say "hi" to the villagers. Go to the island. Etc.) All others who have visited have never been a problem; they weren't given a "negative" rating by me; and no one else has given a "negative" rating to me.
