Anyone else make Toy Day lists for their villagers?

I do. Not because I want the Jingle photo or something, but I love Christmas and this event is one of my favorites, so I want it to go perfect :lemon:

Yup, I used the 3DS notes to write down what they want and it's essentially the only reason I use the notes application. :'3

I type them on my computer so I can remember. It's nowhere near done yet and Toy Day is in 11 days

Rasher and Kody haven't even told me anything yet!

I write them using the in-game letters. :p
Then, I give them to Pelly to ship on the 23rd once they are filled...

yes. there's no way I would remember it all without doing that.lol

I don't recommend using in-game letters. I made a list that way once and then I accidentally talked to a villager without remembering to check it twice. Luckily I managed to guess correctly because it had just been her birthday and so I guessed what she would have liked for a birthday present. If I had written it down somewhere else, I could have looked while I was talking to her.

Plus once I accidentally tossed the list and got yelled at by Mr. Resetti.

I did last year because it was my first Christmas with ACNL, but I don't think I'll do it this time as my villagers have a fairly nice house and I don't want them ruining their house, lol.

This. I don't even play Toy Day so they won't screw up their houses. It's terrible, but it is what it is.

Yep! I always write down what they want in what I call the "ACNL list" text document!
Where I keep all of my AC:NL-related information.

Yes! Otherwise they'll never get anything.

Marcel asked for something 'orange' and I thought he meant a literal orange so I went out and picked an orange to store for him. Gosh. I can't even believe myself lol.

I personally don't mind if my villagers end up ruining their homes because at least they actually put down their furniture in their houses which makes them more lively. Though I hope in the next game they only put down furniture that fits their house's theme.

I've been using the in game camera I take a photo every time they mention what they want. At some point I'll go through and wrote it down and see who I am missing.

i do. XD
I use the memo in my phone to right down who says what. XD
so far i have Fang, Kyle, Lyman, and Stitches in.
i do have a few written in my note book but as my phone is on me 24/7 its just easier to use the memo. XD

i know i can't remember what they want for christmas even if i only have one town, lol
so i always make a list on my phone,
i didn't do this last year but i'm going to be a good santa this year c:

I've never participated in Toy Day so this year I decided I wanted to so I'm keeping track of their wants in the 3DS game notes thingy.

I've been using the notes app thing on my 3DS this year, last year I was tracking it in my notebook. I've got a characteristic of a gift for most of my villagers so far! except ones that I am letting move out before Toy Day (sorry to see you go, Elmer).

I never have bothered to do it. I'm always too busy with real life Christmas lists to fulfill. Rip my villager's dreams.

But if I was into it, I definitely would make a list. I don't have that good of a memory. XD

Yep! I write down what they want on my notepad. I try to get them all done in one day, but sometimes certain villagers will be hard and refuse to tell me certain details about what they want...
