I just restarted my town the other day (some of you know if you read my Blogs). But I feel like the only person at this level! It seems like almost everyone has the Dream Suite or something, but I don't since I just started back up...I regret restarting only for the fact that I'm so far behind now.
Is anyone else just starting off (besides one of my sisters)? I feel so alone in this.
I'm thinking on reseting, I wasn't very picky with my town layout or where I put stuff, but now I see the bad decisions I made, my house its in a horrible space, the Roost to, retail is in the north corner, etc, etc
I would love to restart mine because I didn't really think about where to place things so my town is not all cleverly laid out but I put too much time and work into it and will just live with it for now...if I get bored of it in the future I might restart OR maybe get a second game...I contemplated the second game just yesterday! But then I would need another 3ds as my regular ds doesn't work for these games
I also hate hate hate my town name...I couldn't think of anything and just wanted to play so I just put in the last three letters of the alphabet backwards...so original...NOT
I just re-bought a 3DS to play Animal Crossing a week ago, but I kinda powered through and have a dream suite and the Museum second floor now. >_> (I have a problem with TT'ing to tomorrow to finish a project, then fixing the time.)
Don't feel alone at all. I restarted my town two weeks ago, and I've been TT'ing to get back where I was before. Right now, I only have T&T Mart, the Garden Shop and Club LOL. Everyone else who started their town on June 9 (when I started my first town) has the Cafe and Shampoodle already.
I haven't, but as a third-party observer I can definitely tell you that you aren't the only one that has restarted recently. It feels like I'm starting to see more than five of these kinds of threads per day. You'll get everything back in no time. Enjoy your new journey! Hope everything works out to your liking this time.
I'm about to restart, but tomorrow morning. I do the "set-game-date-to-June-9th-and-slowly-TT-to-current date" thing, so I need some time to TT. It's kind of late here and I don't feel like turning on my DS.

I still wish I was farther than I am, but I don't like to Time Travel...so I'm sticking with going slow. I'll catch up soon enough, as will the rest of you!
I really hope my town is a good one, and I hope to keep it forever...but no promises. I don't know what will become of my Blogs if I restart...I probably wouldn't make them anymore since it'd be such a hassle.

I started my second town, a Japanese one, just two days ago. My Japanese mayor's approval rating is only at 54% and my sixth villager is moving in today. I'm going to take it really slow and easy with this second town.
