Anyone else having connection issues?

I was able to trade at about 8:30CST, but I tried to access the dream world an hour ago and it said the servers were under maintenance again. I wonder what's going on?? In all the time I've had my 3DS, I've never seen the servers be down for so long. @__@

I updated my dream at 7:00 PM EST last night with no problem.
