Cause I know I am right now. I finally settled on a lovely brick path and I'm having so much fun laying everything out, despite how fiddly it is.
Anyone else having fun landscaping?

I do it as a shop cuz i love it so much!

Its so good when you finally finish and look at it. Makes me feel prouddd

Decorating a town is the best reasons why I love Animal Crossing. Though I need to get better at it. Add 1 square path instead of 2.

I'm relandscaping right now, if that counts. It sucks. A lot. Mainly because I have to see all ofmy mistakes and fix them.

i enjoy it once i decide what i want to do xD otherwise it makes me kind of anxious. but it makes me so proud to look at an area that i've finished and know that i did it!!!

YES! even though it was so simple and pretty lame it felt like i was making huge progress

Not me. I feel like crying and wondering why I'm doing this in the first place cause I hate doing it _(:3」∠)_ I think I'll work on having a natural path instead...

i really hate laying paths, it's the worst ever. i will probably end-up with natural paths too c:

Right there with you dude. On my tumblr I posted a screen shot of a little garden I prepared when I get my preferred hybrids only to realize I wasn't paying attention and jacked it up. For the fifth time.

I leave the majority of my town natural. I just like to have paths leading to key spots because I have SO MANY FLOWERS and I like to avoid running over them. But I hated path laying until I learned the specific order in which they go down depending on where you stand. Made a world of difference.

Right? Like I'm a grown a$$ woman spending literally hours putting down little pixel squares but it makes me so happy to see it after.

Yeah, I freak out a bit over some areas. I just stand there like "WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS? LEAVE IT? PATH IT? I DONT KNOW SOMEONE HALP."

I love working on it. A huge part of the reason I bought the game was because I love games where I can be in-control of how I decorate, how it looks, etc. The only real downside are the spots where you can put certain things (like bushes and trees auto-die in some areas) and sometimes villagers just plot right in bad spots but other than that it's great. Especially when you finish up paths and all.

Yeah, I'm a bit weary of putting up a ton of path right now because I KNOW someones going to move in some time and jack it up :/ The moving mechanic bugs me a lot.

Oh yes, definitely. It just so happens that I'm lucky enough to have all those stupid rocks out of the way from where I want to put all my paths/PWPs. It just works out so perfectly. My town has only recently started coming together and so far it is looking much better than I thought it would.

Yes so much! That feeling you get after you have already laid down all your paths and afterwards plant massive forests in a single day using a golden shovel. Rise my minions! >:P

Sounds awesome! Are you gonna put up your DA when it's done? I'd love to see it.

We are terraforming GODS.

I've never bothered landscaping much in previous versions of the game, even though I've played them all, so I actually feel a sense of despair that my town will ever look as nice as some of the dream towns I've seen >_< I never have enough flowers, I don't know how to arrange the flowers and paths I have, or what to do with the large empty spaces.

* sigh * I'm sure it'll come together, I just feel like I'm really far from where I want to be...
