Anyone else find flowers annoying in NH?

I agree so much, I'm trying to get control over my flowers but the fact you can't store them or atleast easily buy all seeds to replace the ones I then sell (and having to use a shovel and then sometimes just plucking them and being stuck with a flower in your inventory) is annoying
I like that running can't destroy them anymore, but it's so much more tedious to organize them now

I will take all the purple hybrids you have if you wanna get rid of them

the main annoyance i have with them is the fact that in order to pick them up, i have to use a shovel. i miss in previous games when you could just pick them up the same way you could pick everything else up - being able to use the petals for diys is fun but it’s still a pain in the

I commented in this thread earlier but I wanted to add that I've had someone actually pay me to come to their island and help them dig up flowers (this was a random person on twitter who heavily tt'd shortly after release). Literally every available tile was covered in flowers for at least half the island, around town hall up two levels of cliffs. Myself and a friend were the only two who stayed a long time after the initial frenzy of people coming in to dig up hybrids, pick up their 50k payment, and leave. Like an hour later the host brought out a bunch of other bells and items.

This is how I paid off my upstairs room, got my first hybrid tulips, my first star fragments, and learned that if I was ever gonna TT a lot (spoiler: eventually did), I was gonna need to flowerpocalypse-proof my entire island.

I've done a lot of flower shuffling and tossing which is a bit annoying [My island has become a huge flower bed] but honestly I like how they function in this game more than NL.

They need to have a "destroy all flora" tool for the island designer app. Along with adding a 2x2 and 3x3 tool size increase.

I had a flower infestation as well and because it is so slow picking them up and they don't stack, I can't even be asked to sell them because it isn't worth my time. The only mass flowers I have left are a field of blue roses that I just give to random people as tips...though I might start vendoring those as well.
