Soo yea I have 7 dreamies and they keep asking to move and the ones i want out dont. Is there a special way to get them or do i just have to wish for some luck LOL 
any trick to getting villagers to move out besides ignoring them? I have 7 dreamies

I'm kind of having the same problem you're having.
My best advice is to simply not interact with villagers that you want to move AT ALL except for walking in front of them to seeing if they ping you to move.
But, make sure that you walk in front of every villager that's walking around your town to see if the ping you. You literally have to look for your villagers if you want to make sure the ones you want gone will ask to go ASAP.
Also, the guide dreamysnowx recommended really is the best method that I've ever tried to use BY FAR

Befriend the ones you dont like. Be careful not to ignore your keepers though. If you dont talk to them for a week, the will not ping you before they move.

yea i try to talk to everyone once because they say stuff like where you been etc if i dont talk to them at all LOL
