Animated avatar issues

So I wanted to use this gif as my avatar, but when i put it at the max proportions(100x150 with avatar extension), it shows it at a still image. Is the file too large? What can I do?

are you sure it meets both the minimum dimension and file size requirements?

• You must have purchased both the animated avatar and large avatar items from the shop (assuming you want a 150x100 GIF)
• It must be no larger than 150x100 (150 horizontally, 100 vertically)
• Must be no larger than 253.9KB (260KiB)

Can you show us your shrunk avatar too?
