It was one of my goals to have all 8 new villagers in my town and obtain their photos (which I've already done). Cyd, Megan, Reneigh, and Raymond are permanent residents and I recently found another Judy and Audie while island hopping so I think I'll keep those 2 for a while (if not forever idk yet). Sherb and Dom are cute, but there are better lazy and jock villagers imo. Audie is probably my least favorite of the 8, but that's mostly because I think the wolves look kinda weird with their spiky heads (plus the general AC fanbase tends to massively overhype them as a species imo). Her sunglasses are 99% of the reason I'm debating on keeping her, plus her tropical house looks great on the beach and she goes well with Annalise.

Cyd is the best new villager, though, and my favorite villager overall.

I've had Raymond, and I didn't connect with him, so he's moved to a friend's island.
I currently have Sherb, and while he's cute, I have other lazies that I like more.
I saw Cyd on a mystery island, but I'm hot really a fan of his design, so I passed him.
I'd love to get Reneigh at some point.

I don’t have any of the new villagers. I’m not in a particular hurry to find them either. I’m trying out villagers to see who I like since this is my first AC game. I’m pretty happy with my current lineup at the moment and I’m just waiting for some photos before I’m ready to switch them out. My hubby however has Sherb(Starting lazy) on his island currently and he had Audie (Starting peppy) for awhile too. They were both nice

The new villagers I've had/have are:
-Megan (who I just learned was new yesterday she was my first normal and I just assumed she was one of the "was present in the original game but is only returning now" she wasn't my favorite and I think she was the first villager to leave my island, and I didn't mind at all)

I bought Sherb off someone on here the other day on impulse... but I've quickly fallen in love with him He's SO precious and has one of the best designs for a lazy villager IMO. I traded for a blue Dreamy Sweater on here yesterday PURELY to give it to him I'm also gonna give him a blue Terrycloth Nightcap (or whatever it's called) because he'll look so cute in it.

As I said, Sherb is precious. One good thing I've noticed, though? These new villagers may be kind of expensive (though the person who sold me Sherb on here actually negotiated me DOWN on price ) they come up for sale/trade A LOT! As opposed to some villagers who I want that I imagine wouldn't be worth much... but, because of that, I don't think anyone ever bothers to try and pawn them off here.

Not really interested in getting the new villagers, but I just met Reneigh in an island and decided to invite her. She's cool and I haven't had luck finding Lili or any cat on the islands. So, for a while, she will be sharing the uchi spot with Mira.

I will admit, I've been tempted to find Reneigh. But there are several sisterly girls I like and, if I had them all, they'd take over my island pretty quick And I don't think there are any I'd love as much as Ursala

But, Ursala and Reneigh both have something in common I love (besides personality, it's my favorite personality)- awesome pun names. I respect a solid animal pun.

Oh! You share the opinion with my sister about liking hazel. I mean at first i was like ehh... but after watching my sister i do have to admit hazel is pretty cute.

I see no Mira in there XD She was my 1st villager and I just felt in love with her personality... But I don't know if having two sisterly villagers will be too much, let's see how it goes!

The only one I like is Audie. But I'm not picky. If I had room and a missing personality on my island, I'd take any of the new villagers if they came to my campsite or if I found them on an island.

I have Raymond and Dom and I feel I'll be keeping them forever on my island. They have grown on me a lot. Every time I interact with them, they make me smile. A new villager I've come across while island-hopping was Judy. I did not invite her. Neither her looks nor her personality appealed to me. Audie and Megan are the other new ones I have no interest in. Cyd came to my campsite before and I was so tempted to invite him because he looks cool to me and I like cranky animals, but I wasn't ready to let anyone on my island go yet, so I didn't. If our paths crossed again, I'll probably invite him. Likewise, if I met Sherb or Reneigh, I'll probably ask them to move to my island.

I have Raymond and Sherb. I got Raymond from @kazaf who offered me him for the same price I offered the thread owner who was selling him, when he saw that it was going to fall through on the last day I had an empty lot. I already knew before I got him that he was going to be a keeper. His toothy grin just is the best to me. ^.^

On the second to the last island hopping session i took, on my thirteen or fifteenth ticket, I found Sherb and invited him to my island. I think he’ll be a keeper ; I was disappointed with his house interior. His design has grown on me a lot and I think he’a really sweet.

I have Cyd, Audie, Sherb, Raymond, Judy, and Reneigh. I traded on Nookazon to get Raymond, Cyd, and Audie. The rest I found on mystery islands. I have grown to love them all and plan on keeping them for now.
