Animal Crossing Community

Animal Crossing Community (ACC) is a forum kinda like Bell tree. It was a lot of people's first Animal Crossing forum (including me) and when people discovered Bell Tree they basically jumped ship.

Now I'm not saying ACC is a bad site but I think it's a little outdated. I mean they only just got New Leaf avatars like a few weeks ago. And the fourm itself needs to be redesigned to look a little more modern (which apparently they are in the process of doing so good for them)



What are your guys thoughts/ stories from ACC?

oh man dude, that's where ALL my wild world trading and posting and stuff was, back in the day.

I remember a while ago, like YEARS, they had a bell system like we have. I made 100 bells and sold them for a ton of IGB. I was rolling in bells after that lol. Then they had to get rid of it. At least, I think so? It was like 10 years ago now... did it go by Animal Xing?

I shifted to this forum because it's a lot more active and easier to communicate with others on. It also has TBT, which I can trade for unorderable sets.

ACC helped me in my ACNL town
There was this service called "Hybrid Heaven" where i got most of my bushes, flowers, etc...
I made some ACNL friends there but they are never active...

Only stayed as long as I did for those free services that have away new leaf stuff.

That bell shop has been under construction since when I joined so they really need to work on that

acc was the first animal crossing website i ever joined omg.. i also used to work at those little delivery stores for ACCF and made friends on there but that was like 4 or 5 years ago now

I used to go on ACC a lot to adopt villagers & to buy items to complete my catalogue. I haven't used the site for quite sometime now - they are a little outdated & I never really talked to anyone on the site. TBT definitely has them beat & the community here is a lot better

It's not a bad site, but it has lot of restrictions, and you could get banned for the silliest things possible.

ACC was the one I used for City Folk trading for a short while.

I was heavily active on AxaForums for Wild World. Then, I was active on Animal Crossing Community for City Folk. Those were good memories. xD

Oh man the nostalgia! Used ACC way before I even knew Bell Tree was a thing but had effectively migrated as soon as I discovered this site. As others have said, it's far more active and has an overall better design. Happy to call it my home.

It's the worst site out there about animal crossing, EVERYTHING is just outdated and the people there also weird, like theyre sooooo oldd and theres like noone there so its kijnda like a ghost town really

ACC was decent around the time New Leaf came out but a lot of its users have jumped ship and it's almost not worth visiting there anymore.Plus,I think the place is run by angry nuns because I got a notice of violation for "posting mildly offensive content".All I said was that "nudity should be an option in this game." and I was joking of course but the angry nuns were having none of it.They're currently adding some new features but the work they're doing is making parts of the website inaccessible.And like someone already stated,they've just added New Leaf avatars only two and a half years after the game was released.Nice.

I actually use it, and joined it a year before I joined this site. Even though I joined it in 2013, I actually had wandered around it (and on this site) as early as 2010.
I know a lot of people there and I like it there, but it looks like it hasn't changed since 2002. Literally, it seems more fitting on my Windows XP computer than on any of my other ones.

I think I found that when I was poking around for AC info and forums before joining here, this just seemed like the best of the AC forums I found so this is where I came. =]
