Amiibo Card in New Copies?

I noticed that new copies of ACNL (with the WA update built in) come with "one free amiibo card". It's from the RV series, too. Does anyone know if it's always the same card (the person I saw talking about it had Hopkins) or if it's random?

I'm pretty sure it's a random card from the 50 RV card series

It's random. I got two copies, different cards in each.

I got HHD earlier this week and it came with an Amiibo card, does that mean I can scan it in New Leaf and an RV will show up? Or do WA cards only come with the NL copies?

I'm pretty sure the cards are universal but don't quote me on that.

Both the normal amiibo cards and the RV cards work in acnl. Amiibo cards are also region-free.

However, the normal amiibo cards do not summon RV's, they just have the villager appear in your house, and you can either get a random item from them, or invite them to move into your town. Only cards with RV's on them can scan in RV's.
