Am I the only one who has never reset their town?

I would never reset my 3 towns.Way too much work has gone into them.I guess if I ever get really bored of playing, I may someday completely redecorate one of them.Decorating is my favorite things to do in this game.I guess thats why I have 3 copies.

I just get bored easily. Also, restarting was fun because this time around I knew not to make certain mistakes that I made in my first town (like eating my first perfect fruit ).

i reset a week or two after i started my first town, haven't reset since and don't plan on it. it'd be too much work since i invested so much into my town.

I've never reset my town or felt like I needed to. I've been trying to make careful choices for placing PWPs throughout the game, and for minor imperfections, I just try to work my way around them. So far it's been going along well.

I have never reset since I got the game and I don't plan to. I think making imperfections work is part of the fun of the game. ^.^

I've never reset my town. I have thought about resetting it because I have made some newbie mistakes such as inconvenient permanent PWP placements, not really thinking my town name through and now not really liking it anymore, and my town layout isn't exactly perfect, either. I just can't get myself to do it as I have put so much work into the game, mainly into getting all these badges and earning Bells, getting my golden HHA rewards, etc. I just live with the imperfections and work my way around them

I don't think I would ever reset my town. I have had it for over a year now and I couldn't bare restarting EVERYTHING! My badges, house, villagers, main street, catalog, museum, just...no. D: I picked one of my four starters maps, saw my awesome villagers, and Vwa-LAH! Keeping this town forever! Best game ever :)

EXACTLY :> My cafe could be in a better place, but whatever. I can just walk around it.

In New Leaf I've never reset. I've had my Rosewood town since June 9th of 2013 I can't reset a lot to do with all my villagers lol. They took a while to get. I do have 4 copies though so that is a big reason why I don't reset.

In City Folk though....I reset every 2-5 months.

I did exactly same thing as you xD
I never resetted my very first town, Sunset... Tho I always thought about resetting cuz my map isn't so good n campsite in a bad spot and lot of ponds.. I just couldn't cuz I put so much time playing and working on the town..
Recently my fianc? got me another 3DS and a copy of AC NL so I have two towns now :3 so I don't have to reset >.<

I've never reset my NL town. Sometimes I want to because of poorly placed PWPs and hella rocks/ponds but in the end, I don't want to go dreamie searching all over again. Plus I've just accomplished too much to want to go through everything all over again.

I reset 3 times. First time was because I chose the wrong map+wrong fruit. Second time was because I didn't get any villagers I liked(didn't know about buying/trading villagers at the time) and there was an annoying rock placement that ****ed everything up. Third and last time was because I put the famous unmovable campsite in the wrong place.
Now I'm more than happy with my final town ^.^ I'm slowly working on it and it's starting to look real good.

Now to your question. No, you're not alone. My mom has never reset ^.^ She like you couldn't fathom even the idea of resetting. Even though I told her multiple times I'd hold all of her stuff. She still will never reset just because of all the progress and work she put into it. I'm sure in a year or 2 though when she starts to get tired of it, she'll crave a fresh start.

I have only once, just a few days after I got the game on release day, because I decided I didn't like the town after all, and the villagers were getting on my nerves.

I've had my current town so long it's weird to think it isn't actually my first, but in my mind I still consider it as such anyway.

i reset my 1st town after i got bored of it and finally noticed how bad the map was. it was sad for me but i can visit it using the dream suite anytime (it's fun seeing your old self)
after that i took a break from animal crossing and began to look for a better map. found it and made it my home which is the same town i have to this day.

My only town I haven't reset and never will is Celadon. It's my first town ever, so I want to keep it forever. :P I don't plan on resetting Chrome again, even though I have twice. My third is for whenever I get the reset bug, so I've reset over three times.

I haven't reset my town either. I wish I could've though before I got all my dreamies and items...

My town is my own, with all of the flaws and imperfections it may have. I have never reset it and I never intend to do so in the future either. I strongly believe that you have to make the best with what you've got, both in real life and in Animal Crossing. I find that if you simply put enough effort into something you'll likely be pleasantly surprised with the end results.

I have never reset, really out of laziness to be honest. I have too many ponds and if I had to do if all over again I would have the civic buildings up in town together.

I haven't reset mine either, I don't think I ever will.
Sometimes I get awesome ideas for a new town but then I remember that I'm too lazy to go through everything again.
