After two days of not spawning the money tree spot returned

I’ve looked all over and can’t find it the only thing I though of as to why was today I went over the amount of trees needed to keep 5 stars which I’ve since fixed would that stop it from spawning?

Bumping as I’m still unable to find it despite looking everywhere for the past two days. It can’t spawn under furniture or anything can it? I’ve even looked behind each building with the camera to no avail.

Every island should have a very thin hidden path going behind the second and third layers. Have you checked that?​

Mine just keep growing in spots where I don't want a tree. I know I can simply cut it down after it grows. But, still...I'd just rather not. Lol.

You know... you can dig up the sprout and relocate it, right?

I think so? I just recently placed allot of fencing and furniture to hit 5 stars and since then I haven’t been able to find it despite trying to move some of it around. The trouble is I don’t know if it won’t spawn or has and is really well hidden.

Yes, of course I thought about that...all on my own. What a silly thing to disregard. That would be a foolish thing to miss.

After two days of not spawning I removed about 8 leaf piles I had placed for the 5 star rating as well as two trees and was able to keep the rating, I can’t be sure if too many pieces of scenery stopped it from spawning or if it was really well hidden and after not being used for two days it respawned but it’s something to consider.

I'm still getting 1 glowing spot per day. I'm currently logging the fertile days so I can figure out when to plant 99k. I'm now a week in, should be close

Thanks for this thread, I am on day two of not being able to find it. I've been weeding a bit as I go and moving/consolidating/eliminating hybrid farms in an effort to clear up space in case it was that, and checking under just about every piece of placed furniture. I'm hoping tomorrow it will have spawned again and it's related to too much ground cover. I like a weedy town but maybe it's gotten out of control...
