ACNL catalog site down?

i'm not sure if this is the proper board to ask on, but has anyone else been having issues with http://animalcrossingnl.mooo.com/? it's all wonky looking with a white background and clicking on the different categories doesn't load anything. kinda annoying because ive been having to throw all my stuff on the ground so i dont forget to catalog it.

hm dang i downloaded chrome and it works there... thats unfortunate because i really dont like how chrome looks or acts lol sigh
