I've been taking note of the presents that come from presents and I've noticed a trend (my apologies if a thread like this has been made before)

Red Balloons: Furniture, clothing
Blue Balloons: DIY recipes, materials*
Green Balloons: Furniture, DIY recipes **
Yellow Balloons: Bells (~5000-30000)***


If there's anything that could be added, please feel free to let me know!

I know bells range anywhere from 5000 bells to 10 000, and more (30 000)

Yesterday I saw a thread about this from what I read/saw didn’t seem like the color of balloons meant anything. It would be cool if it did but I don’t think it does. I just got a yellow balloon and it was furniture and yes I also can confirm I got 30k from a balloon once too.

Oh thank you for this! I'm going to keep taking notes (partially out of boredom) to see if there is or isn't actually a trend!

I just got a headband from a yellow balloon.

Sorry to poke another hole in your theory. It would've been nice if it had worked that way.

i think all balloons have a chance to give anything, but most definitely have a tendency to give specific things. red & green balloons are usually the ones that give me items like furniture or clothing, blue usually gives me materials, and yellow usually gives me bells. i imagine i may have gotten something out of the norm from one of the colors once or twice, but there is a trend they seem to follow.
